And so it goes...
The rest of yesterday passed without contact from the dead coworker's family, so we're still completely in the dark about what happened. I get icky/creepy vibes about the whole situation though.
The Ides of March aka my father's birthday, how appropriate. I can't believe I'm old enough that he'll be 60 next year. Not that I've seen him for over 4 years now, he's probably in the middle of the rapid process of aging that men on his side of the family go through once they're in their mid-50s. Although I look exactly like him, I'm hoping I age as well as my mom is instead!

northwardbound & her husband was delightful this afternoon, and Kieran did his best to stare them down but eventually gave in to the siren song of pulling himself up to kneeling on the furniture instead. Ryan was able to mow the lawn for the first time in at least 5 months while the sun was still out so that's no longer an embarrassment... now to work on the winter weed control.
