Yesterday's insanity was brought to you by..
The letters SD, and the number 102.5
Sleep deprivation, and running around all day with a temperature & not knowing about it, is a BAD thing.
Kieran's fine, finally started downing liquid yesterday afternoon and got his appetite back last night. He woke up at 2 & 5 am, a great improvement that has helped the sleep deprivation aspect significantly. I could climb mountains & run marathons now in comparison to the weekend, even though my fever is holding steady at 100-101 today. Moms just don't have time to be sick so I'm ignoring it the best I can.
I have no idea why I didn't figure out I had the virus though, other than blaming sleep deprivation for that lovely sensation of my head being disconnected from my body & being worried sick about Kieran while working on a paper for class tonight.
I don't have time to do a proper edit since I finished it this morning before work. I'm almost afraid of what I'd find after yesterday's lovely LJ writing, so I'm willing to chalk it up to an insanity loss and do much better the rest of the term. At least I should give my prof a good laugh :)
