Without my mom & her laryngitis last week, we wouldn't have been able to see Tori Amos.

Somehow that doesn't make waking up at 4am with a searing hot poker being rammed down your esophagus & generally feeling like crap any more cheery though.

My husband thinks I'm on crack because I'm working & going to class tonight anyway.

There is much truth in the statement that the Taurus/Ox will continue working until she keels over dead.

Truth be told, I wouldn't have come in if I knew it would be a heavy employee contact day. I'm hiding in my office doing a long term project that doesn't require much brainpower AND I got a chocolate donut. It's all good.
