Coworker passed away early this afternoon. Baby is doing fine. We closed on our new 15 year 4.75% refi, which consisted of going over to a manager who is a notary here during lunch hour & having him sign off on two pieces of paper while Kieran hung out in his stroller and looked cute. We signed on many more pieces of paper, then stuck them all in a pre-paid overnight FedEx to the bank and that was that. All real estate transactions should be free & that easy to do!

Yesterday was a night off from class, so we went to the mall and introduced Kieran to his first Blizzard of the Oreo mint variety. Big mistake, he loved the one we all shared but was wired for a few hours afterward.

That's about it, very bleh mood.
