Progress goes backward & dyes

I'm covering another job for a week and the ergonomic keyboard at the station is annoying as hell to my non-conformist typing ways & speed. The resurrection of pain from a worker's comp injury that happened almost 10 years ago was enough for me to draw the line today though. Out with the ergonomically correct mouse with a thumbwheel that relies on heavy use of a tendon I nearly demolished packing textbooks at a rapid pace without wrist support, in with my old crappy one that I know how to use properly to avoid carpal tunnel!

In other news, full highlights (red and blonde) & a haircut for $7 more than I would have paid for the cut alone at my old stylist is making me really happy. Yay for 1/2 off coupons and change!
