What's that blazing ball in the sky?

twilight33I can't believe how much sunshine we've seen over the past 4 days! The combination of this plus the approaching vernal equinox has awakened me out of hibernation. It's too bad that it decided to seriously rain about a quarter mile into a walk to Carkeek that Kieran took in his baby backpack with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jakeaidan & I yesterday. The backpack has a canopy that deflected most of it, but he had some wet chilly hands when I reached back to check on him, and since he's still got a stuffy nose from his second cold we decided to turn back. Of course the rain stopped shortly afterwards & it was beautiful the rest of the day!
It felt so good to really get out & move that I'm going to try to walk with him in the pack every day that the weather allows. His stroller is ok but I don't like having my hands stuck in one spot for a serious walk, it's better for cruising the mall more than anything else. Not that there's anything wrong with that, in fact I should do that sometime soon too :)
