I don't know jack
May. 23rd, 2004 09:37 pmAbout Seattle, that is.
Sure, I've lived here over 6 years, but take me out of my suburban sprawl where I can turn across Aurora wherever I damned well please & I end up getting lost in 4 distinctly different neighborhoods.
At least there was a beautiful sunset for my Tour de Seattle backdrop and I finally got the concert tickets: They Might Be Giants at the zoo! How infinitely cool is that for a first concert for a two year old whose first distinct word was 'mop' because of their song Violin? I think I'm even more excited about this concert for him than I was for either of the two where I got to interview them, and can't wait to play hooky from work in August.
Now I have to go on a major hunt through old crap to find that newsletter where one of the interviews was published....
