The desk situation was completely resolved by the time I got in the office today. Not only that, but two managers checked in with me this afternoon to make certain I was happy with the new rearrangement (desk is still nearby but she's mostly out of my eyesight and far from my door) & said that if it didn't work out they'd be happy to move the employee again!

Maybe my being angsty & annoyed was such a shock to everyone that they knew I meant business? They clearly don't know how I am in real life :)

There is something brewing on the horizon for my husband at work that could be really good or really heinous, or most likely both. We shall see...

Heh Heh well done for the angsty and annoyed! You must have far more influence than you realise - either that or you scowl like my lovely daughter in law and folks know you are not pleased when that happens. Tee Hee!

I do hope the good is on the horizon and not the heinous, maybe you'll have to work your magic in his workplace too!
