Love notes

In over 7 years of being together, these have taken many forms from email to actual letters and (our favorite) post-it notes. Some of the latter have stayed in the same place for years and are probably cemented to whatever they are stuck on.

I don't think many of them reflect our humor, a reminder and the current state of affairs as the one I left in the Camry as I drove in to work this morning though:

You honor me by giving me gas under $2.69

Let me get this straight... the Camry has been leaving you love notes for 7 years?! ;)

But of course not, the Camry & I have not yet celebrated 7 years of being together. I would gladly write them if it could find the cheapest Chevron within reasonable distance and fill itself up though ;)

There is a Shell station on 85th and 8th NW that is still under $1.70. I'm not sure what the Chevron on 15th NW and Holman is running these days, but it is normally pretty close.

Under ONE 70?! Inconceivable! Tempting but I have to pass, Shell did odd things to Joe back in CA and I'm not willing to risk the V6. A quick peek here confirmed the hunch that the offramp Chevron is cheapest in the whole area, which is just bizarre.
