Still here
Nov. 7th, 2003 04:49 pmRyan got a computer and has moved upstairs already, go figure. I'm still in the same place without a set move date. This is a case of the awkwardness of being employed by one department to do work for another department, but not really belonging to either.
I've checked out my new digs and determined there's bad chi with the current office setup & am trying to figure out what do to to rearrange it. You can laugh, I don't care, but I also don't think it's a coincidence that my productivity, salary & sanity grew by leaps and bounds after I left my old bad chi cubicle in 2001.
I got an 87% on the paper with an option to rewrite parts... we'll see. Still uninspired with the second paper that is due Thursday, although I do have a better understanding of the formatting he's after.
Hopefully lunch tomorrow will help inspire me... marinated New York strip steak, salad, deviled eggs & bread pudding with my mom. I'm drooling already thinking about it!
