Oh yeah!!

Much better update than yesterday, my car crapped out not because of the tranny, starter or fuel ignition but a simple loose wire disconnecting the power. All else that is needed is a tuneup and tranny fluid flush I've been putting off for a while, but will get done since the car's already in the shop anyway and will be home tomorrow.

I am such a happier camper now. I loathe having to dig into savings to pay for unexpected expenses, but now we probably won't have to. Also still very glad that the wire decided to do this at home instead of elsewhere, I don't want to think about what it would have done if I'd hit one of the numerous nasty potholes around the area and it disconnected then.
