I don't wanna work
Jul. 22nd, 2004 01:59 pmI hate doing work that is someone else's job, but as a result of them being a complete idiot it ends up as mine.
It's been much more rewarding to arrange a playdate at Fairytale Town with a friend & her kids in Sacramento and lunch at Carl's Jr. in Stockton with another friend & her kids while we're on vacation.
If anyone had told me 6 years ago that I'd be counting the days until I could get a western bacon cheeseburger, criss-cut fries & a chocolate shake; I would have laughed my ass off. I'm riding waves of nostalgia on a daily basis, which is about the only thing keeping me from scowling at the office.
