twilight33I was about to post how I survived hosting the moms group at my house this morning, complete with breakfast for the moms and Kieran sharing his toys with 6 other babies. I was going to mention something about what a lovely day it is outside & how wonderful life is in general.
That is, until we got a call from the medical examiner's office about my coworker. He's dead, and they called us because apparently the only identification on him was his staff ID card. We gave them the emergency contact number we have for him in our system... and we don't know anything else about what happened.
This department has had way, way too many deaths in the past year... his brings it up to 5. It's not all old people who have lived a full life either, one was younger than I am.
Bleh.
