Yeah, I know a lot of people who felt like doing that at the end of The Organization of Information.

Can't remember - what is 5615? Too lazy to look it up (trying to prepare for my staff meeting presentation on TLA in 2 hours).

Also - what IS it with all the photos being taken nowadays on the diagonal? For this photo it makes sense, but I have a friend who takes nearly all her digital pix that way. I had to photoshop a pic she took of me and Breathless at the UNT Alumni dinner to make it "normal" in my blog for my co-workers!

Well duh, I took 5615! I know Pullin developed the class but when I took it (Fall 2005 I think) it was pretty much taught by doctoral student Teri Dalston, and she was great! I agree, that has DEFINITELY been a class that has been useful in real life. The bibliographic instruction unit helped me put together (quickly!) a presentation I used in an interview for a reference/instruction position in an academic library as well as presentations I do now on children's literature. We also had a unit on search strategies (you probably did too) that has been indespensible (sp?). Great class, learned a lot, fun, yet not horribly filled with deadlines and pressure. But then, I really liked 5200 too!
