Complete loss

As if yesterday wasn't enough to handle, about 80% of our finished basement is now a loss.
Likelihood of leaving to go to my graduation in 9 days is rapidly dropping to zero.
Debating calling my advisor, declaring insanity, and taking incompletes.
I cannot cope.

Contact your advisor and instructors. I am sure something can be worked out. You have proven yourself to be a great student, maybe they will give you a grade based on what you have already done.

Ask
Date: 2007-12-04 03:41 am (UTC)And, don't you dare start to say something about "I can't graduate if I'm not finished" blah-blah. I walked two months before my master's thesis was complete and if it was good enough for me.... ;) You get the picture.
I am terribly sorry to hear about Twilight. It's been a rough year for cats and I can imagine the suddenness of it all must be devastating. I also know Twilight had a great life with you, which is more than many cats can say.
Now, in the realm of practical matters. I'm in Seattle until the 19th and my schedule is fairly flexible. If you need someone to help get your house de-watered, be there for repair people, etc. etc. and double etc., so you can focus on more important things, just ask.
