Each one of these pictures almost made me cry for different reasons. One of my home team members (alright, Halama's not that great & was with the M's until last year but STILL) was the first player to high-5 & talk with Kieran. It's hard to tell that he'wearing his A's shirt in that picture, but had to wear the too-small M's romper most of the time because it was too bloody hot for anything but cotton in the sun. The brick Kieran is holding is personalized for Ryan from me as a Christmas present in 1998 (had no clue his present to me was an engagement ring), and it made my heart melt to watch Daddy & son walking hand in hand after the game. Baseball has been a fundamental part of our relationship from the start despite the fact we'll always root for different teams, and finally being able to share it all in person with our son was amazing.
