No wonder Caesar was warned about this day. My father turned 60 (that makes me feel much older than turning 30 for some reason) and my professor reneged on his earlier statement and turned our final back into two essay questions. Not only that, but nasty essay questions... one worth 35 points and the other 65 for 45% of our grade.

I ended up using the full 2 hours alloted, covering 6.5 notebook pages with my crappy cursive scrawl. Since my brain shut down around 8:20 and my pen kept going until 9:15, the results could be ugly but hopefully passing.

It sounds like the final was a brat, but at least the class is done, right? We'll have to get together soon so you can fill me in on the outcome of that survey. :)

I would love to, it was really fascinating how regional & generational influences made for quite a varied response... got a full credit A for it too :)
