Viva la BS & George 'Women' Bush
May. 4th, 2004 09:13 pmI got 100% on my midterm, class mean was 3.4. Apparently my writing and prof interpretation skills have been more finely honed at UW than they ever were at SSU, or I used to be of the 'don't be sad that class is past, just be glad they passed your ass' mindframe. I can't quite remember, just like I'm not too clear on the reason why I joined a sorority beside the fact that my best friend back then did too.
The second part of the quarter has us analyzing political media on the internet. The laughter was frequent and sustained tonight as we looked at the President's website. Did you know you could support his 'grassroots tool' by throwing a party and signing up as a coalition member under the banner of 'W Stands for Women'? I'm afraid your religious coalition viewpoints are limited to being Jewish, Catholic or a 'Religious Conservative' though. A few of us half-jokingly plotted to have all of the class sign up under one coalition category to skew their demographics, but then couldn't agree on who the most underrepresented minority interest was among those listed.
