The news of a massive potluck at work on Halloween is the only saving grace of an otherwise crappy day. This is not isolated to lunch, everyone brings enough that we could eat all afternoon and still not finish it all. I can't wait.

We're having ours on Friday and TONS of people have been asking me why we're not holding it on Monday (uh, because we all suck at remembering to bring stuff on a Monday???).

I love your - and I assume Ryan's? - costumes! I'm just waiting to find out what my coworkers' reactions to mine will be, since it's a little unusual (let's just say I make a really feminine dude).

We have an uber-Christian woman in our office, who doesn't celebrate Halloween. As a result, we are having an Oktoberfest potluck... on Obctober 31st.
