Chicken adobo & lumpia!!!

The news of a massive potluck at work on Halloween is the only saving grace of an otherwise crappy day. This is not isolated to lunch, everyone brings enough that we could eat all afternoon and still not finish it all. I can't wait.

We have an uber-Christian woman in our office, who doesn't celebrate Halloween. As a result, we are having an Oktoberfest potluck... on Obctober 31st.

I know we have uber-Christians in ours too but we call everything a 'holiday' potluck. Ah the fine art of CYA :)
